'New Life' - Richard Yates Memorial window

This window complements an earlier commission 'The True Cross' in this 1970's church. Themes of new life and hope were chosen and the imagery suggests a Christian life from birth and baptism to the hope of resurrection after death.

A variety of jewel-like handmade and sparkling machine made glass were used to create the colourful scene filled with light and movement. Fine detail, including the initials of the late Richard Yates, were added with glass painting.
