Title: West Window - "Go in Peace to love and serve the Lord"
Date: 2006
Design by: Roy W. Coomber

Description: The window represents our call to respond to God's creation as pilgrims committed to work with him, to restore wholeness and healing in living with faith, hope and love.
Featuring symbols which have inspired Christian imagination throughout time: The Tree of Life and the Holy Spirit. The dove hovers over the waters as a sign of the creative love of God. Fish and sheep (longstanding symbols of the church) are playful and peaceful, representing creation. Journeying through the countryside is is a lone figure suggesting a shepherd, pilgrim or ourself. The design reflects the context of our village within the Cheshire countryside.
